Your booking will not be confirmed until I have recieved the booking form and discuss by email any other requirements needed.

At particularly busy times of the year such as Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays the charges may have alterations.

If you have a regular dog walking service you must give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or you will be charged in full. Occasional bookings of any description, including dog walking, will be subject to the normal cancellation charges.

I reserve the right to refuse any aggressive or bad behavior pet for my own safety and the pet. The owner agrees to inform me prior if the pet has bitten or has aggressive tendencies. The owner understands they will be liable if your pet injures a third party, any property or any other dog.

Please note The Control Of Dogs Order 1992 mandates that any dog in a public place must wear a collar with the name and address including post code of the owner engraved or written on it or engraved on a tag, whether the dog is chipped or not.

All efforts will be made to contact the owner in the event of an emergency. We recommend owners provide us with a contact number of a trusted 3rd party should we be unable to make contact.
